How to Order

1. Pick the products that you would like to order and “Add to Cart”
2. Once you’ve completed your selection go to “View Cart”, your order with quantities selected will be shown.
3. Click on “Go to Checkout” to login with your Username and Password or to register for a Username and Password and then click on “Proceed”
4. We will contact you to confirm your order and advise the approximate delivery times.
5. The order will then be processed once payment in full has been received. -

If you would like a quote on equipment not listed on our website, click on the “Quote” button at the top of our home page and it will run you through step by step how to request a quote.

• All items listed on our website have Free Shipping (orders over $200 only) to all Capital Cities in Australia, and most metropolitan areas. Delivery fee’s apply to orders under $200. If the delivery post code entered falls into these metropolitan zones, Delivery will be free of charge. Should the delivery post code be outside of these zones, a delivery quotation will need to be arranged.
• Australia wide deliveries are sent via Toll Priority, Toll Express, Australia Post, or other reliable courier/ transport services.
• All deliveries are made to the curb side. The purchaser accepts that it is their responsibility to have equipment and people to unload and position the goods on site at their expense.
• The purchase price does not include, unpacking or positioning of equipment or removal of rubbish. The purchaser is responsible for this cost.
• Export orders will be sent via your nominated on forward carrier. -

Delivery Times and Charges

We deliver the majority of our orders within 1 - 5 working days
• Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.
• Deliveries to remote locations or country areas may take a little longer.
• Multiple items may be delivered in more than one parcel and at different times. -
